Gravity Forms

Our forms are displayed using the plug-in Gravity Forms (from Rocketgenius, Inc.). 

When you submit a form, the data is stored in the WordPress database, including any personal data. In addition to the fields filled in, the user’s IP address is also recorded. This helps us detect and block possible spammers. In no way is this information shared with Rocketgenius.

Cloud86

The hosting of this website is provided by WordPress hosting provider Cloud86 On their servers, the website files and the database are hosted. This database also stores certain personal data, such as data entered through forms. This includes name, job title, company name, e-mail address, phone number, website, address and IP address, among others.

The marketing automation system we use is ActiveCampaign. This system stores data on individuals and companies. The personal data that may be stored in it include name, position, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, website and address.

Besides the data mentioned above, it also tracks which pages you visit on our website, provided you give permission for cookies to be placed. This allows us to offer content that better suits your interests.

Our newsletters and e-mail campaigns are also sent through ActiveCampaign. Here, we register which links are clicked, so that we gain insight into which content is most appealing to the target group of the newsletter and campaigns.

Google Analytics (GA4) tracks traffic on our website. We use this tool to analyse website performance and the effects of marketing activities. GA4 records, among other things:

Google may provide information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Zapier

Zapier is used to connect different services. Data you enter in one service can be forwarded to another service via a ‘Zap’ (a connection between two services in Zapier), e.g. from Typeform to ActiveCampaign.

Zapier stores each service’s login data in encrypted form, as it is needed to perform the zap. This data is only used for the execution of the zaps. The data is hosted by Zapier via AWS in the US.

Typeform is an external form tool that we use alongside Gravity Forms for questionnaires. The responses to the form fields, which in some cases may include personal data, are stored on Typeform’s servers via AWS in the US.
